SCENARIO #1 OPT-OUT
Both non-broadcasting “opt-out” digital meter and RF broadcasting “smart” digital meter (that is likely broadcasting in the microwave frequency range) set up dirty electricity (DE). Dirty electricity, also known as conducted emissions, electrical transients, and “noise” is created via the switched-mode power supply function of the meter as electricity enters your house at the source (where your meter is). Your old analog may have created some DE where the power supply comes into your home, but it has been shown, both “opt-out” and “smart” digital meters create much more DE once your analog is replaced by a digital “smart”” or “opt-out” meter (DE arguably causes health issues).

In either case, whether you choose a “smart” or “out-out” meter, LPC will confiscate your trusty old analog electric meter at the time of initial installation of their digital meters.

- LPC SENDS YOU A NOTICE YOU ARE TO RECEIVE A SMART METER
- You have two weeks from the date of receipt of this notice to let LPC know you wish to opt out of the program.
- You will be billed an extra $50 fee + $15 / month extra monthly fee once the meter is installed. $15/month is ostensibly to cover the cost of a meter reader coming to read your new non-RF broadcasting "opt-out" digital meter.
- When LPC installs your new "opt-out" digital meter the installer confiscates your analog meter and puts a digital, non-broadcasting meter in its place.

- This time it costs you $125 + $15/month thereafter (an “extortion racket” - they charge YOU for wanting to protect yourself, your family, your pets, the bees, insects, flora and fauna from THEIR device that broadcasts RFs 24/7 and sets up DE in YOUR home).
